We bought a new home on 6131 39th Avenue Nw, Rochester, MN. The house was constructed by Mike Ranvek Construction, the owner of this company being Mike Ranvek. We saw the construction right from the ground breaking stage and it was completed in a very short time, but keeping all the quality and codes as required. I interacted with Mike Ranvek on several occasions and it is very rare to find a person like who has been so flexible and understanding to the needs of ours. The quality of the home is par excellence. He has also been helpful in some of the things of my other home, which was not built by him and we were facing difficulties with the other contractor. This is what we call as going out of the way to help when it was not his responsibility. He has been a builder for many homes in the same neighborhood and we noticed that the same quality and speed has been exhibited in all of them going to prove that it is the character of the individual and the company which makes such good things happen which is rear and awesome in this industry of Home constructions in the USA.
Another Experience: We worked with Jerry and Nancy of M/s. The Nelson Companies and they have been our realtors who facilitated the purchase of our new home. We have worked with Jerry and Nancy to buy several homes since the year 2000. They have the best couple in this industry, who work together, one being the heart other being the brain behind the business. It makes all win, the and the builder, buyer and themselves. Having worked with other realtors in the industry, if there is a need we have in the future, we will work only with them and experiment with none other.
